n December 5th, 2018, Pericles Mitkas, rector of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) and Ma Jianfei, deputy director-general of Hanban and deputy chief executive of Confucius Institute (CI) Headquarters, signed the agreement to co-establish a CI at AUTh.
