Summary:The perspectives of translation studies are various. There are two tendencies of translation studies after the nineteenth century: “Cultural Turn” and “Linguistics regression”. This lecture aims at promoting the academic atmosphere in SISU, broadening graduate students’ horizon and improving students’ academic ability.
Speaker Biography:Zheng Saifen is a doctoral student in English language and literature of SISU. She focuses her studies on translatology.
