I

magine a map full of gourmets on it. “SISU STORE”, a student organization on campus, created a map like this. It is titled “Bring Your Taste to Wenhui Road”.

The map was delivered in the Songjiang Campus of Shanghai International Studies University (SISU) this Monday and got “unexpected popularity”.

Xu Kaisheng, who’s in charge of SISU STORE, said they delivered all 1,000 copies. “It was really beyond our imagination, many students came to get a map,” said Xu.

Pan Yongting, the designer of the map, said “I like tasty food which costs you lots of time to find, so it came to my mind that I should draw a map for students having the same need”.

On the Wenhui Road, a popular boulevard along SISU’s Songjiang Campus, it is easy to enjoy all kinds of Chinese delicacies, ranging from Northeastern cuisine to the ones from southern Taiwan shores, with various prices.

The map contains 26 restaurants and food stores on Wenhui Road. Though it is not that complete, it still brings information to SISU students.

There are also students who bring up doubts: “The map is exquisite, but I can’t actually locate the stores. It doesn’t really help,” said an exchange student in SISU.
